[mobile-core] OCP v3.9.0

Hi,
Openshift 3.9 is out ([1]) - not sure we immediately want to update,
however this time it's a bit more work involved than w/ the past version
updates between 3.6.x and 3.7.x
Patching the version to 3.9.0, gives this status:
➜ mobile-core git:(v3.9.0) ✗ oc cluster status
Web console URL:
Config is at host directory /home/matzew/Work/aerogear/mobile-core/ui
Volumes are at host directory
Persistent volumes are at host directory
/home/matzew/Work/aerogear/mobile-core/ui/openshift-pvs
Data is at host directory
/home/matzew/Work/aerogear/mobile-core/ui/openshift-data
In the Browser I am getting:
missing service (service "webconsole" not found)
missing route (service "webconsole" not found)
I've not really done much, but was thinking to give the update a quick shot
:-)
Looks like this might need an EPIC and some JIRAs attached to it.
