Forge Plugin/Addon/Extension naming

I think we need a new name for "Plugin"... we might have to use "Addon" or
"Extension" to refer to the bundle that may or may not contain an actual
org.jboss.forge.plugins.Plugin

The scaffolding for JSF application currently rely on the auto addition of FacesServlet and mapping feature provided in AS6. web.xml doesn't include those definition.
It is automagically done and do not promote Java EE best practice, worse the JBoss PortletBridge relies on the definition of the FacesServlet in web.xml
I would suggest to explicitly add them in web.xml

and view.xhtml
for example:

CI server for plugins

Hi all,
I notice that my plugins break often because of API changes in the core.
This can't/shouldn't be avoided yet because it's too early too freeze the
API, but the plugins should be kept up to date. Is it possible to hava a CI
server for all the "blessed" plugins so that we at least get notified if a
plugin breaks because of core changes?

RepositoryLookup methods that resolve artifacts fail for non-jar artifacts. The issue seems to stem from the DependencyBuild.toId() method which returns the GAV coordinates for the artifact but omits the packaging type so even if pom or some other package type is passed in, it's stripped resulting in the Maven runtime defaulting to jar.
