Of the ones listed, I like v.1 best. But, I'd have to think a little more about Max's input - the logo reflecting the intent of supporting a lightweight process. Hmm, Good questions. I think #2 would probably be the easiest, but we could offer #1 as an alternative for those who don't want to use the maven build plugin. I think #3 would probably be the most robust for future use.
