[~leacu] do you need anything else from JBDS base installer besides what has been already done by [~dgolovin]? If yes, please speak up now since we are approaching JBDS 9.0.0 CR1/GA release.

[JBoss JIRA] (JBDS-2864) Support explicit deployments
by Alexey Kazakov (JIRA)
Alexey Kazakov commented on JBDS-2864:
--------------------------------------
As [~rruss] said the focus for JBDS 9.0 is OS v3. This feature request is for OS v2. It has not been acked by anyone for JBDS 9.0 and we don't have time for it anyway. Moving to 9.1 to see what we can do after JBDS 9.0 release.

> Currently the turnarounds are far to heavy, it takes far too much time to redeploy java applications to OpenShift.
> We just discovered today that *rhc app config* and *rhc app deploy* allow you to avoid builds upon git push and manually triggering (hot-deploys) deploy
> There's a blog post that is discussing parts of this: https://www.openshift.com/blogs/introduction-to-deployments-and-rollbacks...
