contact for support? I suspect they might have been down for some time
(last forums post was about 3 hours ago).

We contact support(a)eapps.com. They are quick to respond. Just mention the
account information that's on docspace in the Seam Team section. I'm in a
car right now, so can only work from phone.

I just finished chatting with one of their online operators (and
talking with them on the phone). Our payment was 1 month overdue. I've
made a once off credit card payment to get the site back online, but we
need to get the ongoing payments sorted out ASAP. Who's supposed to
look after this?
