[aerogear-dev] iOS projects name

+1 for ag-plattform-feature

As an external who often browses your repositories, I always struggle
around finding the right one. ;)

Nether the less I would not split all the stuff in thousands repos, because
it make it a lot harder to find the right one.
You should consolidate some of the projects.
