[aerogear-dev] Push "all inclusive" demo

that background does NOT work for iOS (not 100% sure about Android)

but sliding (opening on the actual notification) will trigger (can trigger)
the same dialog, when the app is in foreground,

but NO custom dialogs for "background", in iOS.
