One question regarding the Server APIs:
* Server APIs
 * Google Cloud provider handling
 * Unregister, resend etc

These are more APIs/features to be implemented w/in the UnifiedPush server,
since that one is responsible to connect to Google's GCM for sending/resend
etc.
