[aerogear-dev] remote HTTP service for testing

awesome find!

It looks like it covers all (or almost all?) of what our different
platforms (Android, iOS and JavaScript) need and support. I think it's good
if our integration tests for all our platforms could be using that
'service', instead of writing some sort of 'test server', which need to be
maintained etc.
