[aerogear-dev] Docker image to try UPS with Keycloak beta4

Nice work Bruno!

So I'm testing the aerogear-push-quickstart [1]. And there are a few
different combinations here which need to be tested with regards to the
server. The clients quickstart need to have the
contacts-mobile-picketlink-secured deployed and contacts-mobile-webapp to
run against. If we could provide an image for that I think that might save
time testing.

Also having an image for the proxy quickstart which requires three servers,
contacts-mobile-picketlink-secured, contacts-mobile-webapp, and
contacts-mobile-proxy deployed and running on different ports. I think this
would save some time for us when doing manual tests.
