[aerogear-dev] Call for arms -> Unified Push 1.0.0.Beta2 release bundle

Tested aerogear-push-helloworld/ios and found the following minor issues:

corrections/suggestions"
Other than those I was able to follow the docs from scratch and run the app
and successfully received push notifications.
