[aerogear-dev] Call for arms -> Unified Push 1.0.0.Beta2 release bundle

Tested aerogear-push-hellworld/cordova and found this issue:
* https://github.com/aerogear/aerogear-push-helloworld/pull/41

Other than that I was able to run both the Android and iOS applications and
receive push notifications.

I did not have ant installed which generated an error which was pretty
clear, but perhaps we should add something about this requirement unless it
is mentioned elsewhere.
