Hmmm not sure about that. I would like to leave it to the developer,
pre-create anything might result in more maintenance.

Maybe we should stick to Passos suggestion and consider having a Push
server started and configured on Docker or OpenShift a requirement.

I'm fine with it as long as we skipt the fact of pre-create anything.
But if all agreed on it, that's ok.
