I'd like to delete the  restsync
<https://github.com/danbev/aerogear-sync-server/tree/differential-synchronization/restsync>  
module from the differential-synchronization branch. 
As mentioned previously in this thread, I thought it might be nice to have
it around but it is causing more confusion and not really being used.

Let me know anyone objects. If not I'd like to delete it tomorrow.
