[aerogear-dev] Problems sending notifications Cordova

I'm working a nexus 7 too. I'm on android 4.4.3, some application receives
notifications but not all, I thought that i have the same problem like you
but I restarted my UPS, created a new application, a new variant, a new
google project but the application never can receive push notification.
