[aerogear-dev] Kill getting started docs

My opinion is to get rid of IDE setup, and keep: http://aerogear.org/docs/guides/GetStartedAndroid/

The number of gotchas to get the environment working is a PITA. In addition I would rename to “Contributing for Android"
