[aerogear-dev] Kill getting started docs

My point is. For use agdroid, a pre-req is android skill, and for
programming in android a pre-req is a Java skill. So, if you are java
programming or android programming you already use some idea and we not
need teach you how to use it

For use oor lib Google (I'm not talking about google.com but of
developer.google.com) help you to use an external library in your project,
for Eclipse (ADT) or Intellij (Android Studio)

IMO we need support only how to build adgroid library, because it's not
trivial and you need a lot of things to make it.
