[aerogear-dev] Upgrade from 0.10.2

hello jchrist!

looks like you need a way to export the installations. perhaps you need to
do it by hand.

any reasons for not updating to 1.0.1?
that has import ;) so the above "select * from installations" result could
be used to populate the json import file
