[aerogear-dev] SimplePush Server 0.12.0 Staged

I haven't tested yet but I was thinking about the UPS Cartridge, since we
ship SPS with it. Could we update the cartridge with 0.12 or should we wait
for the next UPS release (1.0.2) ?
