[aerogear-dev] Releasing new parent/bom (0.2.11)

Hi All,

I’d like to run a new release of our parent/bom.

Here is some changes related to newer versions:

* Keycloak update (including jpa-liquibase)
* new version of java-apns
* bump to Arquillian non-deploying container 0.3.0
* bump to Arquillian Spacelift 1.0.0.Alpha3

Feel free to test it. I have plan to release it next Tuesday.
