[aerogear-dev] [Vote] UPS 1.0.3 release

I've tested the 1.0.3 on WildFly 8.2 with MySQL database. I tested both
clean installation of 1.0.3 as well as migration from 1.0.2. Both worked as
expected and I received the push notifications properly.
I'll be testing it with PostgreSQL later today.
