[aerogear-dev] aerogear UPS 1.0.3 - PUSH NOTIFICATIONS DONT SHOW UP ON DEVICES

update, I got apple working successfully by using a development profile and
also making sure the aerogear variant was set to "development"...

doesnt explain why GCM pushes arent going through though.  Aerogear doesnt
have a development versus production radio button option.

Any ideas?
