[aerogear-dev] iOS/Corova: Push: entitlements

The dev one is automatically generated by Xcode once you enable Push
notification in your project.
The key is either 'development' or 'production'.

Julio implemented a Cordova hook for aerogear-cordova-notification:

By default we set it to dev.
