[aerogear-dev] Prometheus Annotations

Hi,

following up from here:
https://github.com/aerogear/aerogear-unifiedpush-server/pull/949#issuecomment-350780271

let's talk about the actual namespace of the annotation:

Options:
* org.feedhenry.mcp/[plain|ssl]_metric_endpoint: /path/to/metrics
* io.prometheus/[plain|ssl]_metric_endpoint: /path/to/metrics


I'd vote against the prometheus namesapce, since we do not own that (coming
from a java perspective)

NOTE: the feedhenry namespace could become aerogear soon...
