[aerogear-dev] APNs mock on docker hub

Hi,

for testing, I did wrap the APNs configured mock proxy into a container:
https://github.com/aerogear/push-network-proxies/blob/master/Dockerfile

it's hooked to dockerhub too.

This is just the beginning, I have added fabric8 plugin, for a better build
based generation of the Dockerfile, but have not done much there atm. (e.g.
java_args are needed to invoke it for apms/fcm)

However, for for APNs dockerized mocks, this is good:
docker run -p 16002-16003:16002-16003 aerogear/push-network-proxies
