Screencasts are overrated - the worst thing is to catch yourself seeking a video to see stuff and not being able to copy/paste code from it - one of the reasons of <a href="http://asciicasts.com/" target="_blank">http://asciicasts.com/</a> big success over <a href="http://railscasts.com" target="_blank">railscasts.com</a> :)<br>
