<p>Thanks for suggestions, I think 'Creating a dashboard in Grafana'
is the right way to go.</p>
<p>Let me explain my motivation here, I was reading the doc as an
idiot (which i found worryingly easy yesterday). If I don't know
what Grafana is, then mention of 'Grafana dashboards' or 'adding
dashboards to Grafana' prompts a question 'what is Grafana?'. <br>
</p>
<p>I think we want to mention Grafana, for many reasons, but I hope
that 'Creating a dashboard in Grafana' prompts the question 'where
is Grafana?' and that users unfamiliar with the name will intuit
it as an App/Location instead of a new piece in a poorly fitting
jigsaw.</p>
<p>(Jose, I like your addition of context, mentioning the metrics
service, but I'm hoping that will be obvious to the user by
location of the Grafana topics and the introductory text.)<br>
