[Aerogear-users] No device registered cordova-push

I'm getting this error on device: 

ConnectException: failed to connect to localhost/127.0.0.1 (port 8080) after
30000ms: isConnected failed:ECONNREFUSED (Connection refused).
Do you know why I can't connect to localhost?
