yes it is, the cordova plugin [1] uses the android and ios native libraries
to communicate with the UPS server there is also the titianuim bridge [2]
that does the same. So I'm sure you can do something similar for
NativeScript, either by calling the native libraries directly or
abstracting them away behind a plugin.
