[Apiman-user] how apiman handles errors

apiman is supposed to pass back whatever error message was returned by 
the back end service.  I think you're probably hitting up against this bug:

   https://issues.jboss.org/browse/APIMAN-457

I am hoping to have that fixed in the next version.
