[Apiman-user] Plugins

If it helps, I just deployed version 1.1.7-SNAPSHOT versions of all our 
plugins into JBoss Nexus.  This should allow you to install them even if 
they aren't in your .m2 directory.

By default, apiman should be configured to pull plugins from JBoss Nexus.

Let me know if that works.
