[Apiman-user] Announcement: apiman version 1.0.2.Final released

We're happy to say that version 1.0.2.Final of apiman went out the door

The most interesting new feature is probably the plugin framework. 
Plugins can now be created that contribute new policies, allowing users 
to easily provide custom or enhanced functionality.  Documentation for
