[Apiman-user] Connection Refused Error

Hi Naveen,

We'll need a bit more information to understand your issue:

- Which version of Apiman are you using.
- Which gateway implementation are you using.
- When are you getting the Host Refused error, please provide some detail.
- Are you able to access the host you're attempting to invoke
directly? If you're using Docker, can you access that host from
*inside* the docker container.
