[Apiman-user] Logger exception

FWIW, I do *not* suggest using the SystemOutLogger/DefaultDelegateFactory
if you require decent performance - it's completely synchronous and will
slow things down substantially.

I'd suggest SLF4J + a well-configured JBoss Logging setup.
