[Apiman-user] version migration

Hi Balu.

Apologies for the delay in responding.  Apiman is designed for option #1 -
export the data, install a fresh copy of 1.2.10, then import the data.

I recommend cloning your environment and trying out this approach in (for
example) DEV before doing it in production.  But the export/import process
is designed to facilitate this approach.
