[Apiman-user] Health Check URL for API Gateway

Hi Marc,

Thanks for your quick reaction.

I am using the Servlet version. To be more precise, I am using the
Wildfly10 docker image with tag 1.3.0.Final (I kept only the gateway part,
the manager, elasticsearch, keycloak and database are on different
containers).
