[Apiman-user] Spam problem & reminder to sign up if you want to post to the list

Hi All,

We've been hit by a large amount of spam lately - it's all been caught
by the moderation queue but creates a lot of noise in which we might
lose legitimate mails.

So, just a reminder for folk to *sign up* to the mailing list before
posting; otherwise there's a reasonable chance your stuff might be
missed when we're clearing out the spam.
