[Apiman-user] Help needed: Feedback/testing for Apiman on ES 5.x (and possibly ES 2.x)

Hi,

I've not received any negative feedback about this. So I'll be merging
in soon. I've split off a branch in case any unexpected 1.3.x releases
are needed.
