I've implemented a full JSR 88 DeployableContainer implementation, for which the GlassFish JSR 88 DeploymentContainer implementation becomes a simple extension.

The attachment contains 2 Arquillian Maven projects ready to be dropped into the containers/ directory. I've included full documentation and test cases.

We can review Iskandar Salim's implementation to see if there is anything I overlooked, but I believe that my version is complete.
