The problem comes from Arquillian. 

It checks if the returned archive is instance of ClassContainer, while the interface EnterpriseArchive is not, the returned impl is(extending the ContainerBase). 

For the time being, only JavaArchives are really supported/tested. We're working on handling the packaging in the next releases.
