Fix install of support bundles based on maven groupId/artifactId
Fix reference to hard coded arquillian bundle version
Make ExtensionLoader sensitive of the execution environment
Restore maven dependency on arquillian-osgi-bundle such that it can be used in framework autostart

Allow embedded framework tests to run from eclipse

  Set these VM properties in your IDE debugger

  -Djava.util.logging.manager=org.jboss.logmanager.LogManager
  -Dtest.archive.directory=${workspace_loc:arquillian-osgi-embedded}/target/test-libs
