When not specifying a user and password to access a remote tomcat container, the message should be clearer on that.
"No user/password was specified"

instead the given error show this:

Caused by: com.sun.jersey.api.client.UniformInterfaceException: PUT http://null:null@localhost:8080/manager/deploy?path=/71f6f830-196d-41eb-88a8-432891f1d9fb returned a response status of 401
