Currently, ARQ seems to check / for external managed JBossAS to determine if the AS has launched.

With TorqueBox, we sometimes want to test our own support for things mounted at the root, but ROOT.war, for ARQ, gets in the way.

It would be nice if I could instead deploy it as arqcheck.war, and have ARQ check /arqcheck as the is-it-up-yet? URL.
