+1 to fix it mainly with ARQ-197, by using only a handful of deployments (= much faster).
However, when a minority of projects will need many deployments anyway, and they will therefore need a solution for this issue.
+1 for Aslak's workaround maxTestClassesBeforeRestart when ARQ-197 doesn't help.
