While writing the WLS support, I've noticed that this isn't true of {{ShrinkWrapUtil}} class alone. Even the {{Validate}} class fits the description. I agree with revisiting these class responsibilities before deciding where these ought to be moved to. Maybe a container-utilities module could be created, as both classes in question are used by the modules supporting the containers.
