Aslak Knutsen commented on ARQ-589:
-----------------------------------
True, the drawing is a bit missleading. @BeforeClass is meant to be illustrating that it is happening in the BeforeClass Phase, not after the annotation it self.
> @Deployment preceding @BeforeClass does not agree with specification

>
> Key: ARQ-589
> URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ARQ-589
> Project: Arquillian
> Issue Type: Bug
> Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
> Components: Documentation
> Affects Versions: jbossas_1.0.0.Final
> Environment: jboss as7 testsuite
> Reporter: Jan Lanik
>
> The schema "Arquillian test execution and SPI overview" in arquillian docs:
> imply that deployment is done after @BeforeClass, but in fact @Deployment precedes @BeforeClass
> In my opinion, @BeforeClass preceding @Deployment is intuitive makes more overall sense.
> However, if from some reason this is not to be changed, at least the documentation should be clarified
> to avoid confusion.
