This task has two parts:

* integrate Mask View's functionality editing with main (Single/Double) views
** since it could collide with move-by-drag on main views, mask addition could be started with pressing button from Mask Manager
** when you are being in Mask addition mode, mouse cursor {{cross} should be used
* integrate Mask Manager with Project Manager
** Project Manager should have panel which will display defined global masks and masks for currently selected test
** this panel should contain button which allows to define new mask
