Now, if we could only get GlassFish 3.1.2 working.

It appears there is some change in the REST endpoint /applications/application for deployment. I did manage to locate a test for this in the GlassFish source code. I have not yet been able to figure out what we are doing differently.

Maybe having their test will help.
