Bernard Labno commented on ARQ-893:
-----------------------------------

I've asked at jrebel forum how to reload classes from jar residing in war:
http://zeroturnaround.com/forum/topic.php?id=1948

The answer is that that jar needs to have rebel.xml in it. In order to guess which jar is the one defined by user in deployment (and not some additional library) I compare DeploymentDescription.getTestableArchive() vs DeploymentDescription.getArchive(). Then I iterate over the entire testable archive in search for asset holding result of DeploymentDescription.getArchive() in order to build path for rebel.xml and then I add to that archive generated rebel.xml.

> For EAR and WAR modules that contain other modules or libraries, a rebel.xml pr module is required to describe the content of the module.
