I just encountered this same issue using IBM RAD 8.5 and working through the tutorial: http://arquillian.org/guides/getting_started_rinse_and_repeat/. I attempt to run the BasketTest in the embedded GlassFish profile using the builtin JUnit run configuration and get the above error.

If I instead test within RAD using the builtin Maven Build run configuration, the test works correctly.
